lian li o11 dynamic front panel lights not working

Hi, I purchased this case over a year ago, the lights are not working recently, I am confused as they come on when the computer starts up, but switch off once it has loaded. Any suggestions welcomed 🙂

I don't know anything about this, but have you checked the lighting control software? Maybe some setting got switched to 'disable' or similar—it sounds like a software controller issue.
