Question Kinhank Super Console X2 Questions

Is anyone here using the "Kinhank Super Console X2 Game Console" for retro gaming? If so, have a few questions:

1. How do I reach Kinhank support?

2. Exactly how do I put my favorite games into the "favorites" folder? (Simple step-by-step instructions would be gretaly appreciated.)

3. If I re-configure the settings to use a different controller than the one provided, would I have to re-configure the settings back again when switching back to the original controller? Or does the console sense which controller(s) is plugged in and recall its settings automatically?

3. If I re-configure the controller settings to use a different controller (ie - Atari 2600 paddle controller), does that change the controller settings for ALL games, or only the game that I'm trying to play?

Although there doesn't to be too many users of the Kinhank Super Console X2 here, I have nowhere else to ask my questions. So here's one more.

Can anyone recommend a USB paddle/spinner controller that works or at least MIGHT work with this console?

If it's for sale on Amazon, you could ask a question there—or other outlets of course. Or maybe Reddit has a sub for it.
