Question Is it worth to getting a RTX 4090?

Hello guys, I have a question. There are my PC specs:
R7 7800X3D
RTX 4080
G.SKILL 64GB DDR5 6000mhz CL30
B650 TomaHawk Wi-Fi
MSI A850G 850W PSU
Corsair H150i Capellix XT
LianLi 216 case

I know my specs aren't the best. Is it worth to getting a RTX 4090? Will I be blown away by the performance increase compared to the 4080? How much better is the 4090 at 1440p and 4K? I think that the 4080 also not bad up to these days, right? But there will be also 4080 Super. I don’t know how much better will 4080 Super be against vanilla 4080.
My question is more directed towards the 4090.

Techpowerup has the 4090 around 20% faster than the 4080 on average. So if you were getting 100 FPS in a game you'd be getting 120 after the upgrade.

Usually I wait until I can just about double my GPU performance at my price range before I upgrade. I wouldnt find a 20% improvement noticeable.

you will find it noticeable, but only at 4k ray tracing/path tracing. your choice.

No its not worth getting a 4090. Spending 1700-1900 on a gpu is not worth it. If you are looking for a better card, then wait for the 4080 super. Its cheaper than a 4080 and will be closer to a 4090 than a 4080, while you saved about 7-800 dollars
