Is it normal for a pc to go to sleep after the monitor goes to sleep?

I left my pc on for a couple of hours. It was on steam if that matters. Well, my monitor whent into sleep mode a little bit ago, then my pc just went into sleep mode. Turned it back on, and it's working fine.

Yes, that can be completely normal.

It depends on what's specified in your PC's 'Power Plan'. Have a look under that or Power options, where you can change the settings.

In win 11 it looks like this:

You can set monitor and PC as 2 different settings, so my PC never goes to sleep, but my monitor can.

Strange, I was in high performance mode... I didn't set it? So anyway, back onto balanced.
