i5 13400f instability?

Hi guys,
I will be upgrading my pc and getting a 4060 + 13400f but I have been hearing that the 13th and 14th gen cpus are experiencing major gaming instability where the games that are being played keep crashing. so my question is is the 13400f included in this issue or is it limited to the 13900k and the 14900k?

I believe its just the 13/14900K chips because they boost frequency so high. 13400F is only going to 4.6 GHZ so I would think it would be unaffected.
