NEED URGENT HELP --- Building my pc

Hello all,

I'm new in PC building and i want to build a PC where i can use it for both Gaming & Creative Editing (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). This is the current build that I'm looking at:

Motherboard: MSI PRO B760-P WiFi DDR4 Motherboard, ATX - Supports Intel 12th & 13th Gen Core
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-13600K Desktop Processor 14 Cores (6 P-cores and 8 E-cores) 24 MB Cache, up to 5.1 GHz
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ventus 2X Black 8G OC Graphics Card -NVIDIA RTX 4060, 8 GB GDDR6 Memory, 17 Gbps, PCIe 4.0, DLSS3
RAM: Corsair VengancelPX16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) C16 1.35V Desktop Memory - Black
Storage: Crucial P3 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen3 NVMe Internal SSD, up to 3500MB/s - CT1000P3SSD801 (Acronis Edition)

I'm also worried that this build might be an overkill and not end up needing all these specs and over pay.

Happy to hear reviews as well as suggestions for a lower build (if needed)

What country are you located, what is your budget and what is your monitor resolution?

Will be buying from Germany. Budget around 800-1000 for the current build. But im very much interested to learn if this build is over kill ans could get something less.
As for the monitor im thinking samsung G5 IPS
