I don't know which processor I will buy a 10400 or 10400f? I only have a 1050ti for the mean time but I'm planning on buying a 1650 in the near future. And what is the best and budget-friendly mobo for this particular cpu?

The 10400 has integrated graphics and the 10400F does not. Otherwise they are the same cpu.

B560 motherboard + 10400F or 10400 + 2x8GB set of 3200mhz RAM.

10400 has integrated graphics and the 10400F does not. Otherwise they are the same cpu

I got a Xeon CPU in a build over a decade ago, instead of whatever the 'normal' was at the time—maybe Athlon.

It couldn't be overclocked, and didn't have integrated graphics—both of which suited, as I prize stability over performance, and I had my own separate graphics card.

The upsides were less heat generated by the CPU, and also it was significantly cheaper. If there are still the same characteristics today, seriously consider the 'F' CPU.
