Question I need help with my PC been going at it for years alone

I have had serious issues with my pc for a while, i have changed parts several times but somewhat the issue remains. FPS drops, instability, crashes non stop.
I have tried for years to build a pc on my own since i knew my **** back in the days but everything is so diffrent now especially with win 11. My system can be totally fine when i have fixed something but then the issues just re-appear, i have been troubleshooting and benchmarking but the numbers add up to others but a few days later the issues just come back.
I guess i need some help from someone who actually knows his ****

CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
GPU Sapphire RX 7600 Pulse
PSU Corsair RM 850e
MOBO ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PRO
RAM Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz cl16
SSD x2 Kingston SA400S37 480gb

1. I switched CPU a few months ago from AMD Ryzen 5600 (to current)
2. Before that i switched from AMD RX580 (to current)
3. With the GPU i also changed the MOBO (to the current) from a ROG b550-e strix (since that one broke then i moved)
4. And PSU from a corsair 650w (i dont remember the model) for the GPU upgrade.
5. I also upgraded my ram from 16gb to 32gb same brand same speeds (with the MOBO)
6. SSD, i only had one at the beginning, but around the time i got the CPU i got another of the same brand and switched it to my main (reinstalled windows on it) i only use my second older one for storage of games mm.

Hi and welcome, I'm not an expert beyond fault finding my own stuff for a long time and hanging around in tech forums for years, but I do have some basic thoughts based on what youve said. It sounds like hardware is unlikely to be the cause bar RAM, because youve replaced every part at some point.

Do you have 4 sticks of RAM installed from 2 different kits that were bought separately? Or did you replace a 2x8 kit with a 2x16GB kit with the exact same timings? Can you list the part number for the RAM from the box/sticks? The one that looks like this CMK16GX4M2B3200C16.

Have you tried turning off XMP in BIOS and running the RAM stock?

Are you running the latest BIOS revision on your motherboard?

Do you have any external devices plugged into any USBs that are a common factor? Can you unplug them and try different ones?

Have you manually updated all of your systems drivers to the latest versions from the official sites, mouse, keyboard whatever, including chipset and networking ones?

Any Razer mouse software or other 3rd party stuff you always have running and haven't tried going without?

Youve done a DDU reinstall of your GPU drivers?

Few basic things to get you going, hopefully others will be along with some ideas as well, let us know about these and we'll go from there.
