What do you wanna play? I mean the genre/type of game you wanna play. cause different categories of games need different specifications. so we can give you the right specifications to play it

Do not ask people to PM you for information. We rely on the community to give good advice, and that can only be assured if all contributions are open to public scrutiny.

so, you have to prioritize the GPU, because games with categorizing OPEN WORLD, that's will take a loot of GPU performance than CPU. I have recommended a list to build your computer. just feel free to text me.

[Mod edit: Anyone receiving PMs of info should paste them into a new post here so the info can be looked over by the community.]

Whats the reason you cant post your list up here?

Games like GTAV online can be quite demanding on the CPU at times as well, but in a gaming PC generally the GPU is most important, yes.

I think you will struggle to fit a 3070Ti within your budget at that price right now to be honest.

Why_Mes build was good. The 11400F performs around the same as a 5600X for the most part, you wouldnt be able to tell the difference in any game side by side.

Heres an example of a 5600X build with good PSU and decent other components, with the cheapest available 3070Ti currently according to Partpicker. Not including a monitor or Windows 10 , which you can install and use for free until you have the money for a license.

If you want to get closer to budget then you could replace the 3070Ti with a Radeon 6700XT like this:

Or you could replace the Ryzen 5600x (Which I have) with an Intel 11400F similar to @Why_Me 's suggestion which will perform basically the same in games, and pair it with a 6700XT to get you within budget.

Swapping out for a 3070Ti takes you to about £1450.
