I need an Xarcade joystick pro...

Hi all. let me start by saying Im 53.
My knowledge of PC's is pretty good but I bought an Xarcade joystick for two with the trackball but I'll be damned if I can figure out how to configure this thing. I have a Mame game with lots of roms and when i plugged in the usb to the back of my pc it was working and I have played games by pressing 3 to add credits and then I just hit the one or two player button and it played but i clicked the buttin on the back and now its not working at all.

Can someone who really knows this thing be willing to call me and walk me thru setting it up. I have family coming over for thanksgiving and would really like it up and running...thanks so much in advance. George
