Question I get sudden fps drops and screen stuttering

Hello everyone, im experiencing a lot of trouble with my pc while gaming. First of all my pc parts

CPU...Ryzen 5 5600X

Motherboard... Biostar a520mh

GPU.... RTX 3060 MANLI

RAM...32 GB VENGEANCE PRO

POWER SUPPLY is about 650 wats

So first of all i have updated all my drivers and everything. While im gaming i have about 90 to 100 fps especially in MW2. All of a sudden i get like 1 fps or 2 and my whole screen is freezing and lagging while i see what's going on at the game. A small detail is that my audio is affected by that and while that sudden lag happens i hear something like scratching noises from my headphones ( the headphones are fine so it must be from the pc), that lasts about 5 secs and then everything is back to normal for like 10 secs. Then the same thing happens over and over. I have changed my graphics to low and it's still the same thing. There was a period when my pc run normally without these stutterings on the screen. What do you think is the problem and how am i supposed to fix it?

By the way i've tested multiple games and this happens to every single one of them

Should i change a pc part?
