Question gaming on tv big frame drops

i have strange problem when gaming on tv. My desktop- setup is 2 monitors, tv is 4k with 60hz panel. monitors are connected with display port and tv hdmi.

i have set tv as primary monitor while gaming. fps is at max 60 but every few seconds it drops about half to 30 like spikes. i have tried same hdmi with my main monitor, works flawless without frame drops. one strange thing also, when disconnect desktop monitors and leave tv on with display settings, every few seconds tv picture goes on-off-on.

does anyone have experience tv-gaming as 3rd display?

If it doesn't, which kind of games are okay?
