I remember when I first played my Macintosh computer in the late 80s or early 90s. And I miss some of the really old games. The problem is I don't remember the names of them. And I don't know if they were games or just programs that came with the computer. Don't know, but am on my search.
Did anyone play a Macintosh program or game that was similar to Dark Castle? I don't know if this game had ANY objective other than to just build and move stuff around. I remember it was like a castle builder. You had items such as unicorns, dragons, and a LAD. I remember placing these items in the castle area and the voice would say, "Lad." Or "dragon."
I have no idea what this game was as I can't find anything about it online. But the memories are so fond.
Then there was another game that was in color. And I think maybe it was called Lunar the alien or something? It was this marshin trying to find her way home. And it was like this book you would read and you would make choices to decide her fate. Does this sound familiar? This is really vintage stuff.
Then.. there was this ocean based game. You would just click on different fish and learn about them. Games like these were cool but I don't know which game this was. I remember playing it the same time Encarta came out. It was so fascinating, like we were in a lost world. Had games like that and Myst come out and it was just so different to see all these worlds.
