Question How to Charge a HAVIT Keyboard

Hello I recently just ordered a HAVIT keyboard that came a day ago. This is the second day but for some reason my q key is flashing in red so does this indicate that my HAVIT keyboard is dead and if so how do I charge a HAVIT keyboard
