I am waiting for a game called A.S.H. to come out and according to my steam client it has been in my wish list since 23/4/2023 and its still marked COMING SOON

We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The entry that's been on my wishlist the longest is for Civilization 6: Rise and Fall, since 08/02/2018. 4 days before my daughter was born. Since then it's been very rare for me to have enough time in a day to play a game of Civilization.
As for the oldest entry for a game that hasn't been released yet, that's for Elysian Eclipse that I added on 20/05/2024. I don't expect it to be released any time soon, but it seems to still be in active development.

I completely cleared my wishlist two or three days ago. It had 92 entries on it. I decided to be totally focused on finishing games I started and abandoned, which is a pretty long list (Alan Wake 2, Death Stranding, Horizon Forbidden West, Resident Evil 8, Dead Space remake, and more) and also tap into my rarely touched VR library.
I could not tell you what game was on there the longest. More than half were of the "coming soon" years ago variety, but that's the best I can remember.
