I just upgraded to the RTX 2060 SUPER from an AMD RX 580. I used the DDU Uninstaller to remove the drivers for the old card, selecting the uninstall and shutdown option. After installing the new card, the system powers on, but there's no video output.

My setup:
- Xeon 2630V4
- Motherboard x99 LGA 2011-V3
- MSI MAG 550W 80Plus Bronze Power Supply
- 2x 8GB RAM
- 1TB SSD

I've attempted disabling CSM in the BIOS with the old card, but without success. Any ideas on what might be happening?

the new one might be faulty.
you can also try different hdmi/dp connectors, in case it's one of them.
check if it slotted in correctly too.

Welcome to the forum 🙂

I'm not a hardware guy, so this may be nonsense: When I had a Xeon a long time ago, it didn't have any integrated graphics. If that's still the case, check BIOS to ensure graphic output isn't set to the CPU.

ETA: of course, assuming you installed Nvidia drivers…
