Having Graphics problem with my 1650 SUPER

Having Graphics problem with my 1650 SUPER while play apex legends, sometime it become blur and back to HD, the texture is not stable

i don't really know what happened, i need help with this, not sure is graphic software or hardware issue, or setting issue~
the game running smooth with 143fps ++ , just have thing problem

Those look like rendering issues (or texture pop if you will). This is usually attributed from the source the game is loading from. What kind of hard drive do you have this installed on?
