Yes it can, most—all?—Nvidia & AMD graphics cards for the last ~15 years can do that.
You'll need cables to match the output ports on the 2060 and the inputs in your monitors, so watch out for what those are. I've seen 2060s with 3 x Display Port + 1 x HDMI, and also ones with 2 x HDMI + 1 x Display Port + 1 x DVI.
I imagine it's better to have raw cables which match both ends, rather than using adapters at one end.

max number is 4 monitors, any higher you need a better GPU, and from what I can se, 3070 don't even do more.
The default is multiple images on all displays, setting them up to mirror is not default.
