One problem with finding reviews of any Deepcool gear is they are banned in the USA so it limits the number of people looking at it.

Reddit only appear to have looked at the V2L, not the V3L
One review compared it to a Seasonic unit which is unfair to anyone who isn't Super Flower.

I am using one of the air coolers myself so I know they can make good stuff but its unknown how good it is as I can't find any reviews for it apart from one Indian site that my Adblocker won't let me visit.

If you concerned about it, get a Corsair or Seasonic or NZXT C1000 (thats what I am buying next)

yea i would have gone for corsair or some of these PSUs, but the problem is that this pc is a prebuilt so i cant change stuff, only if i buy it separated and replace it with the deepcool psu

From the bit I know about what to look for in a PSU its got a 7 year warranty and according to the desription a modern DC-DC design which is respectable. Other than that I cant find reviews of it which is the only way to tell if it has any major flaws or not.

The specs are OK on paper, and Deepcool has made some pretty good PSU's but also some not so good ones like all manufacturers so its hard to say. 7 Year warranty is kind of mid range for these days, but better than the 2 or 3 years you get on a lot of low end models.

Not a lot to go on, sorry if thats not all that helpful.
