Question Games Crashing/Restarting all of a sudden?

Hello

I was trying to play Rainbow Six Siege and it kept crashing (and I'm only in the training with the AI)

Sometimes it's fine for a while then it either crashes to the Desktop... or worse - now it mostly crashes the whole PC and it restarts?

And now, I just got the same restart crash with America's Army for the first time - not a coincidence? I've never had this problem with any game before on this new system until the last couple days?

Wondering what is going on?


I have a brand new system, Windows 11 is all up to date, I've even confirmed I have the latest NVIDIA Game Ready Driver.


I'm at a loss? Any ideas?

First thing to try is to uninstall, redownload and reinstall.
It should also work to restore a disk image or Restore Point from before you installed game.

Game crashing every single time on win11

@ubi-smash I just did a clean windows reinstall. It is crasing to the dekstop. I have the ubi crash file(.breport) if you can open it.This is my 6th time trying in ranked i nearly lost my rank and got banned 6 times now.I found something. It says r6 siege...

just got the same restart crash with America's Army

Anything in common between those 2 games? Like Steam Overlay, GeForce Experience, Discord chat etc etc? If there is, disable the 'fancy stuff' and try again.
