This is an easy yet tough question (Had to think about it a bit) but have two that comes to mind.
1. Sacred 2, "Sacred worlds by Blind Guardian". You get the quest to retrieve an electric guitar (Think it just said guitar or had a name cannot remember) and you sit and watch the whole music video in game. Really made a difference for me. Played the game a few times just to get to there again. One thing watching the music video, completely different playing to that point and hearing the song. Almost brings a climax to the game at an unexpected point in the game. (Hope the link works)

2. Dragon Age inquisition "The dawn will come". After fighting Corypheus the first time and defeating him. You travel up the mountain looking for everyone (Or escaping whichever way you want to look at it). Just before you reach the camp you collapse, and you wake up (Again, seemed to be the in thing in DA3 that you wake up somewhere). Not long after that this video plays. Again, just listening to it does not do it justice, playing to there and living into your character suddenly brings the whole first part of the game together. When you eventually get to skyhold you sort off miss the first part. (Hope the link works)

Those would be the two that stand out most for me. They changed my "outlook" on the game completely. Still have both songs amongst my on my hard drive.
