First PC Build

Hey everyone!

I am about to build a new desktop for 1440p gaming and work stuff. Hopefully it has some good longevity. My current choices would be:

GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB GDDR6 GAMING OC - 680 Euros

RAM: Kingston Fury Beast RGB DDR5 32GB RAM 2x16GB Modules - 437 euros

SSD: Samsung 9100 Pro SSD 2TB M.2 NVMe PCI Express 5.0 - 343 euros

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2GHz (BOX) - 347 euros

PSU: Corsair RMx Series RM750x ATX12V 3.1 750W -160 euros

Fans: Arctic P12 Pro PST Case Fan 120mm (5 pieces) - 26 euros

MB: Asus TUF GAMING B650E-PLUS WIFI Motherboard ATX AMD AM5 Socket 90MB1M20-M0EAY0 - 190 euros

I'm located in greece so I'm buying form a platform called Skroutz that finds the cheapest prices. I still have to pick a few stuff including the tower. If you have any recommendations or suggestions for my build please be free to comment! I appreaciate your assistance!

Other than the absurd price for RAM, I don't see any major problems. I ran this through AI just to make sure I had it right, and it told me that the SSD was known for thermal throttling, so I researched it a little further and as long as you use the heatsink provided it should be fine. It's true that a PCIe 5.0 drive tends to run hot, but with normal precautions that shouldn't be a problem for the Samsung 9100 Pro SSD.

So it looks good to me. Should be future proof for awhile since I don't expect any new GPUs for the next few years while everyone tries to vacuum up all the AI money flying all over the place.

This is the tower im using now. Plenty of space, both bottoms and tops fold out for easy entry. 3 front fans. Ive been using this case for ~5 years now with different gpus and heating setups and have had 0 issues. Great case.

Taking that into account, I wonder if OP needs PCIe 5 nvme when for most tasks a pcie 4 one is just as good and creates far less heat. For some stupid reason my browser offered to translate site and then after I accepted cookies turned it back into Greek... anyway, what is cost of a Samsung 990 Pro 2tb as you could save yourself something there.

AFAIK Asus boards don't kill 7800x3d so he should be okay there.

System looks okay
