Hi,
After reinstalling window(11/64b)s, the video card no longer works.
The pc doesn't even start. I can't even enter the bios.
When I turn on the computer, the video card tries to start, but it stops immediately and a click is heard.
Spec:
intel 8700 non k
Asus Z370 wifi, PCIe 3.0
GPU Asus 1050t
Seasonic Platinum Plus
* Memory 32Gb upgraded 3 months ago, overclock at 3600 Mhz

In the last year, I edited video with Capcut

The integrated video card in the motherboard works.
I reinstalled the bios, reset Cmos...
I assume that the video card is broken.
What video card do you recommend for this system? -= motherboard PCI E 3.0 =- I want to edit video

Thank You

Supposedly you see very little difference when using a 4.0 card with 3.0, but keeping it within the lines, what is your budget?

Since nothing made for them really works well on 20xx cards unless you get the 2080 or better, my first idea is to go budget with a 16xx card. But then you'll be missing out on DLSS.

Smarter people will be by soon.

What size PSU?

Hard to find 20 cards now I think? New ones anyway. They stopped making my old one about 6 months before the 30 series came out. It was main reason I wanted to replace it before it died. Spares are nice to have.

If you don't care about DLSS, don't overlook AMD. They have AV1 encoding on the 7000 series, not sure about pricing though.

I don't know prices in your region so won't suggest any.

I think AMDs version of DLSS is probably just as good. I don't know anything about AMDs cards, though.

@Why_Me any help?

FSR and DLSS have different versions and you will only get the latest version of DLSS on nVidia 40 series cards. It's generally accepted that the upscaling of DLSS produces better results than FSR2

AMD cards, at least from 6000 series support all versions of FSR.
FSR2 is an upscaling technology. FSR3 combines this with a frame generation technology. FSR3 works with both nVidia 30x and onwards and AMD 6000 onwards.

Personally from a gaming point of view I use a 6700XT on PCIe3.0 with a 1440p monitor. I mostly get 60fps but sometimes have to reduce the settings a bit from Ultra.

For video encoding if your using AV1 encoding then according to pcpicker you can pick up a 7700XT for ~$400
