Question CSGO and League running poorly on high end pc?

Suddenly some of my games have been running really poorly on my PC, i've tried everything to fix it but nothing makes a huge difference
Here's a list of my CS:GO benchmarks i've kept just for this:

1070ti
Average framerate: 505.66 (After buying the GPU)

20.2.2022: Average framerate: 400.42
20.2.2022: Average framerate: 291.03 (without turbo clocking CPU)
25.2.2022: Average framerate: 304.88
25.2.2022: Average framerate: 315.66 (without Shadowplay)
27.2.2022: Average framerate: 328.43
16.3.2022: Average framerate: 104.31 (while streaming)
21.3.2022: Average framerate: 183.09
21.3.2022: Average framerate: 156.49 (Tried older drivers)

What could've done this? A Windows update probably? I would literally pay for someone to fix this because im so annoyed.

Here are my specs:
GPU: Asus ROG 1070ti 8gb Strix
CPU: Intel Coffee Lake i7-9700K 3.6GHz (4.9GHz)
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z RGB 3200MHz 16GB (8GBx2)
Motherboard: Asus Z-390P
PSU: Corsair VS650w
HDD: Barracuda 1tb
SSD: Kingston 240gb
SSD: Samsung 980 M.2 1tb

I did a Google search and this thread could be relevant:

The guy fixed it by turning on G Sync in nvidia control panel.

I remember when I got my GTX1080, I installed the high res graphics pack for CSGO and that made my game crawl.

I think frame rate drops could be down to a number of things.
He actually disabled it btw, but thanks i will try it

Updated BIOS, made it much better, average FPS is now 260 in csgo benchmark. but still not quite what it was back in the days
