Question CPU temps at 100C, even after applying new thermal paste. What's the next step?

My desktop ran great for many years, however after a long time away from my home country (11 months), I came back and when I powered on my PC, I noticed the CPU temps were 100C.

I cleaned the CPU (and liquid cooling surface) with rubbing alcohol, and applied new thermal paste, but when I powered it up, temperatures went to 100C right away (using HWInfo64).

I want to avoid buying a new CPU liquid cooling system... I'm not sure if a new liquid cooling system will even fit my computer, as it's a 2011 Cooler Master tower.

(I'd like to avoid just buying a new computer, as this one worked very well before it started overheating. I don't really have the money to buy a new computer at the moment, and I really need this one to work, for my small business.)

Is there anything else I can do to fix this computer?

Is the only next logical step to buy a new liquid cooling system? I'm not sure if they still make any that would fit my frame.

I'm shopping around on newegg, but it looks like all the coolers have a fans that stack in a way that won't fit my case / current setup? (I don't think there are any options where the radiator is the size of 1 fan, like in my setup. Which has 2 fans, with the radiator sandwiched in the middle).

Just not sure which one to get that would fit.
