CPU LED IS RED, fans spin, no display

When I first got the system, I sent it back to where I bought it because the DRAM light was red and they tested it and uploaded a video, the system was working fine. Today, the case came back to me and when I first tried it, the same DRAM light was red, the case fans were spinning and the RGBs were also on. However, I turned it off and on a few times, this time it was not the DRAM but the CPU light that was red and the case RGBs were not on (the fans were spinning).

I tried many methods, starting with single RAM, changing slots, removing BIOS battery and resetting it.

What is the solution to the problem? I have been struggling with this system for weeks and I have not been able to reach a happy ending.

System specifications:

• R7 9700X
• Gigabyte B850M D3HP
• XPG Lancer 16 GB (X2)
• ASUS Prime OC RTX 5070
• Kingston KC3000 2TB
• XPG Invader X
• FSP VITA 750W

• Red: A red DRAM light often indicates a critical issue with the memory modules. It may signify incompatible or faulty RAM, improperly seated RAM, or other serious memory-related problems.
• Amber or Yellow: An amber or yellow DRAM light usually suggests a less severe issue with the RAM. It might indicate a warning or a non-critical error that requires attention but does not prevent the system from booting.
• White: A white DRAM light could have different meanings depending on the motherboard manufacturer. It might represent normal operation, successful memory detection, or indicate that the system is in standby mode.
• Off: If the DRAM light is off, it typically means that there are no current issues with the RAM or that the motherboard does not have a dedicated DRAM light.

How long have you had the system
If you type memory diagnosis into your search box an icon will pop up , click on it and let the test run , the pc will eventually restart and go back to desk top ..... dont do anything until windows shows a pop up report it usually takes about 3 minutes to appear. The only problem with windows own test is that it will confirm a faulty ram stick but wont say which one it is so you can either repeat the test one stick at a time or find a program such as memtest 86 .... not sure how it works but users do recommend it.

Do not trust a video because you have no way of knowing if the video was made before the fault happened to them.

When you go back take a print out of the colours guide i have pasted and DO NOT tell anyone you took your pc apart to try and fix it.

In that case i suspect the video was made before the pc went bad ..... take it back and the key phrase is not fit for purpose.
