CPU fan is not lighting up

Is the cpu's 4 pin header enough to power the cpu fan's RGB?
I don't want to customize colours, I just want the fan to light up and I don't have an RGB supported motherboard yet, Is there no way to make the cpu fan's light turn on?

Can you please include the make and model of the motherboard? Make and model of the cooler you're working with?

This is the cooler

And this is the current motherboard(I'm getting r5 5600 soon with a b550m aorus elite)

You might want to look through the specs of your motherboard, better yet, look at the motherboard;

your motherboard doesn't have an RGB/ARGB header. You might want to look into an USB driven controller.

I don't really want to control the RGB or whatsoever, I just want my fan to light up until I get a new motherboard+cpu
Is there no way to make it lightup without an RGB header?
