Question Can projectors run 4k hdr 120fps?

Assuming you have nvlink dual 2080ti then running games at those rates would require a highly capable monitor and hdmi at 4:4:4 subsampling. I very much doubt there's a consumer grade projector that would handle games at 4k 120fps.
There might be but that's really for you to research.
