Builds with no optical drive, How do you Install windows 10 from DVD?

Last time I did a build was 2016, I am doing a nice build now but realized the case doesn't have a optical drive access? How do I install Win10 from the DVD? get an external drive?

Create a Windows 10 installation media using a USB stick - you can download what you need direct from MS:

Download Windows 10

It will be faster than installing off a DVD too

Zero.

It'll have between 1.5GB and 17GB storage capacity, most likely in the 4+GB to 8+GB range.

When I install system with usb drive, can I have some other files stored in that usb from old pc? Or that usb has to be "pure installation use"?
