Question Bios upgrade

I ' m seeming to get conflicting ways of doing this upgrade n b4 this I'd never been in my bios. I'm just a gamer but if I want to play the latest cod and battlefield I had to enable t2p and switch something in the bios on so did that np already had the t2p hardware so just had to turn it on and switching something on in the bios was easy enough. But now it wants me to upgrade my bios, from what I've read I dont even know where to get the upgrade from. If someone could send me a link to a good guide I'm still on windows 10. If u need any more info let me know, thx in advance from a very grateful gamer girl

Another way to find the same info is to search for system information app in windows,
it should show you the Motherboard model next to the System Model Header
The currently installed BIOS Version/Date field should show what one you on now. Helpful info for when you get to the Motherboard website and find the newest one.

Games are getting too pushy if you have to be on specific BIOS versions to even play them. The fight between hackers and anti cheat is getting silly.
