IMHO the psu even only 5 years old can be very undetected troublemaker. Try a new one of 850 or better.
I built a gaming pc with ryzen 7 and asrock mb , and was having failure of win 11 os to complete loading , kept getting the restart messages. On a lark I changed the 5 yro. psu to a new one. Immediately OS finished and no difficulty since. 'Hope this experience recount helps other novice pc builders buildersi suggested trying a new one as well earlier but i got no response, so OP might not have one to try on.
