Damn teenagers thinking they are immortal! Get AWAY from the ledge, Yuffie!
That is just so disturbing. Half those things are monsters and the one on his head is a DEADLY monster! And they're making a toy out of it!? Who would make a cute toy based on a monster!? Oh. OK. Seems people are more insane than I thought.
@Zloth I wonder if Talos could be one of the first puzzle games that has this kind of photo mode. It also sounds like something you would not care much about in a puzzle game, but screenshot-wise, it does look pretty cool for that game. Maybe it makes more sense for Talos since it is more narrative-driven? I remember there being a lot of text you could comb through.
It would take some research to find out if it's THE first, but it certainly is an early adopter! There wouldn't be much point with all the 2D puzzle games, and the 3D puzzlers rarely have this level of graphics.
Thats Leonard! Theres lore around Radahn being very good at Gravity based magic.
I think its after you beat him, if you go back to Liurnia youll find a rift in the ground where the rune bear forest was with a whole new underground area to explore. I assume its because whatever Radahn was holding up in the sky has now crashed there.

Yeah, and it sends up a bunch of rocks that just float up there which you can see for miles! As long as you're paying attention, you should see it.
Now, what the heck is THIS little island you can barely see in this screenshot?
It's just north of the Shaded Castle (the one with all the rot pools), but the fog makes it so that I haven't been able to see it from there. This shot is from the northern tip of Mt. Whatever-is-next-to-Valcano-Manner. It's not just some rock sticking up, those are towers around it's north side!
Might as well catch up on screenshots while I'm at it:
Come on, all I want is a screenshot of the sunset and ruins reflected in the water, and you have to summon some giant skeleton thing to kill me for it!?
I am NOT a witch, so there is no danger of some girl using a tornado to throw a house at me just so she can steal my shoes.
The game likes using cliffs to keep the player from running right to the end game. Works for me - they make for wonderful screenshots!
Entrance to the capital... which I still haven't gone into (voluntarily). I guess I should wander in some day...
The darkness in Dark Souls is some of (if not) the best I have seen in video games. Here is with some help from gear and without just so you guys can see the difference. Now, imagine how it would be to walk around in almost pitch black while hearing the noises of nearby enemies. I'm just happy I have some light with me or it would have been completely terrifying!
