$750 budget gaming pc for later sale

Hello World,

I want to learn to build gaming PCs, but would probably end up selling this PC. I want parts that have in demand and high selling parts, like RGB cases and RTX 40 series (like the 4060 in my current build).

I don’t want to spend too much on the pc as I’m a first timer so my budget is $750.

I just wanted to hear some other opinions and potential adjustments to make my pc run or sell better.

You can find my current selection of parts here:https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wXJ77R

Thank you and wish me luck lol.
