Hi everyone,

So after years of running everything on very decent settings, Hogwarts Legacy, Atomic Heart and Wild Hearts (even with all it's problems) showed me maybe it's finally time for an upgrade.

My current setup is:
Windows
Motherboard: Asus Z170 PRO GAMING Intel Z170 SK1151
Processor: Intel Core I7 6700K 4GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) 8M
b
GPU: Msi GTX1070 Armor OC 8GB GDDR5
Power: Corsair RM650x 80PLUS Gold (Modular)

16 GB RAM

Dont need the ultimate pc, just something to run newer games smoothly.

Thanks in advance.

Hogwarts Legacy is brutal on even the best system. With that said what country are you located, what is your budget and what resolution do you play at? btw how old is your psu and what speed is your memory?

Budget wise, i would be comfortable up to 500 euros (can stretch to 800/1000 if necessary).
1920 x 1080
The Nvidia RTX 4060 is due for release this April so I would keep my eyes open for the price and reviews of that card.

Welcome to the forum :)

which part of my current rig do you think needs upgrading the soonest?
That's tricky to answer without proper info about your rig, eg:
how old is your psu and what speed is your memory?
You should also add case & cooling and storage info at least—full guide here:
