Yeah I've decided on the 2060 because it also has DLSS and RTX and is generally better. I've also decided on the 10700F, bringing my build total to around the 1135 mark. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RyJfbh
Its a good list, the motherboard should handle that chip O.K without power limits if you want.

You'll need some aftermarket cooling for the 10700F still, and I'm sure you're aware that SSD isnt going to hold much more than a Windows install, so you'll need more storage very soon if you dont have it already waiting.

This is an amazing deal for this cooler. Its a league above everything priced around it here if you can get it in time for that price.

Of course, the Peerless assassin 120. I didn't put it in the list because since I'll buy my parts towards the middle of the month, maybe the 14th of July, so I won't have much money. When I receive my paycheck, hopefully I'll buy a cooler. I'm sure my cpu will do just fine with a stock cooler tho, since I'm using a good case with 2 fans at the front and one at the back. For the storage, I'll hopefully buy 240gb or 500gb, I have around 300gb on my old laptop for like video edited videos

If its about budget, you could grab this PSU instead as well as a cooler. Still very good quality and 750w is plenty for that system.

That processor is not exactly heat efficient, especially when rendering video. Even something cheap and cheerful like this would help a lot.

Or try out the boxed cooler and then buy something better if you cant stand it. Your call, best of luck anyway:)

I'm sorry I'm asking for too many favors, but that psu is not available in the UAE for a good price. Can you find me a psu of good quality something like 750w at less than 400 AED? Thank you

Not asking for favours, asking for advice :)

CX 750F is decent for its price according to TPU. Dont even bother reading reviews that don't test the PSU electrically, for example user reviews are useless.

One thing to look out for though, its rated to output that 750W continuously at 40C. In hotter temperatures it will suffer and have a shorter lifespan. That's a mark of the use of cheaper components which wont last as long. Better PSU's are rated at 50c

If you can post up a link to the store your looking at me or someone else can have a look in your local pricing, Partpicker shows zero availability.

I'm afraid I have to go out soon, I'll be back later today if no one else has jumped in by then. But in short the CXF 750 wouldn't be a disaster, its just O.K.

I figured I'll buy the RM850x, and I'll find a way around for a cooler. I'll wait for summer sales to bring down the cost of the components to fit in the cooler.
