I'm currently in the first steps of building my first PC. I have a budget of about 700$ usd. Though I honestly have no idea where to start. Any advice, Youtube videos, online classes anyone could share? Also as for hardware please give me a link to the product so i can do my own digging as well.

Youtube has some good channels for dipping into hardware. Linus Tech Tips and Jayz 2 Cents are maybe the longest running that have archives of videos for beginners.
PC partpicker will help you to pick compatible components when it comes to making the build. Hopefully availability of parts will improve sometime this year.
