I ordered for a GT 710 discrete graphic card and i intend to use it with my PC for office use and 4K streaming but i cant seem to be sure if that product will accept my system or reject it based on power requirements and other technicalities.
If it will work,i will check out on it otherwise
Thank You for your time and effort.

the NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 does not require any additional power connector, its power draw is rated at 19 W maximum. Display outputs include: 1x DVI, 1x HDMI, 1x VGA.

the only possible problem is if motherboard doesn't have the right slots, but it would have to be pretty old to not support it.

You might have problems getting drivers to work, I seen other people with those cards have issues.

wait: look at: https://www.dell.com/community/Optiplex-Desktops/GPU-for-OPTIPLEX-7010/td-p/7734071

Hi and welcome :)

I might have the wrong end of a stick somewhere, but a GT 710 will not output a 4K signal to your monitor. If you intend to use it to display on a 4k monitor I think you'd be stuck at 1080p.

Apparently I remembered wrong, it will do 4k at 30hz ignore me.
