From a user perspective, I would expect you to see very little difference (from a practical perspective) between them. The Gigabyte supports a higher refresh rate and appears to be less expensive, giving it the nod between these two choices.

All roughly the same, main things I looked at was the response time and the refresh rate, so the Gigabyte seems like a good bang for buck as COLGeek said!
Overall could be down to price, and possible brand preference
