Which cooler should I choose?

I'm going to buy a pc and have MSI CoreLiquid 240R V2,360R V2 and Cooler Master ML240L for liquid cooling. As a processor, there is a 7600x, which one will give better performance? If the ML240L is better than the 240R V2, I'm thinking of choosing it. 360mm extra expense.

No direct experience with either, but the MSI is a newer design and seems to have components rated to last a good while, so I'd go for that given the same price.
