What's the best professional text-to-speech software, and what's the best professional speech-to-text software?

I want to buy AI text-to-speech software that will read web pages to me and sound natural. What the best one? I also want to buy speech-to-text software so I can type with my voice. What the best one? Ideally it can learn names and new slang also.

Currently use PC. Could buy Mac only if there is big benefit for this. Ty.

Those arent the best. Maybe Speechify is up there idk, the rest, not great.

Also, a youtube video said the best text to speech is maybe google or Amazon or something else. Not sure if true or not. But the youtube video said those may require a more complicated set up such as azure, dev support, or AWS cloud. What does that mean? How do I get it?

I use Murf AI Text to Speech. Found it very easy to use. They offer Speech to text as well. I found their gen2 Text to speech interesting, which has a feature called "say it my way". This allows you to copy your tone and speaking style and clone with other Murf voices.
