The first Crysis had my socks rolling up and down. The latter instalments were somewhat of a turn off for me. Wait, are you looking for us to answer with a game or a series, considering everything is just a series and not an one off title.

as is traditional in another place. My answer to your question is Yes.
I wasn't going to be specific as I could remove the 5 from battlefield and leave it up to the individual.

Oh it's got to be series, can't go listing every Far Cry game in the series.

So I voted Far Cry because FC4 is my fav shooter.

@Colif maybe if you word the series as "a Battlefield game", "a Call of Duty game" etc, it would be clearer.

yes but the last Point blank released on PC was 2008 whereas the newest is mobile game, so which do you mean?

i wasn't making that decision, its up to the person answering. It might be a series or 1 game, I don't know. I left that open. I hadn't thought of that aspect of the question.

I see that no one posted Quake yet. So this is my choice. The first Quake. In short: great level design, satisfying character movement and gunplay, dark and gloomy atmosphere. It has even more style since retro shooters became a thing. 🙂 I'd love to see a reboot similar to the one Doom received.

I'm just starting Ghost Recon Wildlands—lone wolf mode—and it looks great—it's my first Clancy game tho, so it'll take some getting used to. First mission to rescue a guy, and he parks himself halfway down a cliff during escape and refuses to budge 😀
