Question USB Keeps on Disconnecting (includes RGB Controller)

Greetings PCGAMERs.

I am experiencing frequent USB disconnection but reconnects after a second. Once this happens, the light of my fans will turn to white or even get stuck up then will be back to normal after a few seconds. The disconnection also goes with my peripherals and my RGB Controllers. It occurs in random with no clue of when will it happen.

My PC specs are as follows:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
MOBO: Asrock B550 Velocita
RAM: 32gb 3600mhz Gskill Trident (Having RGB syncing issues)
GPU: Aorus RTX 3070 Master
AIO: NZXT Z73 Kraken
USB: Corsair Commander Pro and Corsair Node Pro
Fans: 6 x LL 120, 3 x QL 120.

I have read that this is a common Ryzen 5000 issue with a B550 / X570 board. Is there a solution for this?

Do you have the latest BIOs as the USB issues were meant to have been fixed in December or so.

Sorry I forgot to include my Case. It is a Lian Li o11 with 6 intake and 3 exhaust.

6 intake? 3 on side, 3 on bottom? exhaust in roof and back?

I almost got that case but everyone seems to have it, and I didn't want to have to buy all the fans. So got a fractal design instead since it included 3 fans. One day I might replace those with Noctuas

UPDATE: I have installed the newest chipset for my Motherboard but still the problem persists. Will try to update my BIOS.

Yes, probably it has something to do with BIOS. I have read several people experiencing the same issue. I just don't know if it is Windows or Hardware related. Will try the BIOS update and post results after.

Update: I updated BIOS and I think everything is now normal.
