Upgrading my sons PC

If my son has a PC with Ryzen 5 with inter grated graphics, can I add a graphics card? Or do I need to change the CPU as well?

The plan is to upgrade little by little already got him 1TB SSD he will need more ram and a Graphics card.

I'm assuming desktop PC. You don't need to change CPUs. You can install a discrete GPU as long as you have a PSU recommended for that GPU. Good luck!

Hmm I didn’t even think about upgrading the PSU. I’ll have to see what he has in there and possibly upgrade both.

we are trying to allow him to stream on twitch.

Depending on the GPU (check the manufacturer's website to get recommended PSU wattages), you may need to upgrade your PSU. Good luck
