So in my command prompt i searched for my bios version and I have F11 apparently. Also I cannot see from my side panel the manufacture and I dont want to start taking things apart in fear i will mess something up. What i do know is that my PC is a pre build from IBUY POWER

so, you'll need to update the Bios (looks like F31 is the latest) - update the Bios before you install the new CPU (just stating the obvious, to be safe lol)
I did some digging, looks like the psu is "HIGH POWER" which i think is made by Sirtec... a midrange decent company. should be fine!

I would NOT recommend installing a bios in any way BUT from boot (on a USB)
boot to bios - update from the bios

that way you dont have to worry about other stuff "starting"

given the spec, as above double check there's no actual part issue, but it could be as simple as background applications running whilst gaming affecting the performance.
