Hello, first time posting on here but looking for a little guidance on my aging PC. I had a PC built for me 6 or 7 years ago and it wasn't super powerful at the time but got the job done. It is really starting to struggle with newer titles. I don't need the newest and best and most powerful but I would like it to be functional. Below is what I got. Let me know if I can upgrade a few things and get it back up to par or if it isn't worth it and I just need to start from scratch. Just looking for any and all guidance. Thanks

if that wasn't a set, you have been lucky to not get any errors using 2 unmatched sticks (they might be exact same sticks but if they not a matched set, they can still cause errors. Sticks in sets tested to make sure they work together. Sticks outside sets are more random.).

Your PC seems quite similar to mine before I upgraded it. Get yourself a Ryzen 5700X, RTX 4060, and maybe a stronger PSU, total around $500 and enjoy gaming for the next few years. If I had the funds and was in your position, I would upgrade over building a whole new PC, especially if you are fine with 1080p 60fps gaming.
