Question undervolting my GPU

when I was doing undervolting for my GPU the MSI kombustor was showing GPU clock speed at 1815mhz, usage 99%
so I undervolted to that clock speed
but In games I saw that clock speed goes up to 1860-1875mhz
is that a big difference? should I change the undervolt settings and make it 1860mhz?
or It won't matter fps wise?
