Top Steam Game Sellers 2025

I'm surprised Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 did so well, and even more surprised Oblivion Remaster did! Civ 7 is another surprise. Europa Unaversalis 5 made Gold along with Anno Pax Romana, making it a pretty good year for strategic gaming.

What's Expedition 33 doing down so low? I would have thought FF7 Rebirth would have made gold level, too.

I'm surprised Schedule I is so high. Maybe I should try the demo some time.

I also didn't expect Dune: Awakening to be so high. I didn't realise it sold so well.

It is amusing that Escape from Duckov is above Escape from Tarkov.

Expedition 33 is #7 on the top sellers page for right now, so it's doing something right.

And now Steam is refusing to load the page, I just keep getting an error:

Page is now broken for me, too.

The page covers the entire year (it should be updated on Jan 15 to get the last weeks of the year). I wonder why they do that but have Replay ignore the last few weeks of every year. I can see them wanting the Replay stats showing when the Steam winter sale is going, but couldn't it be Replay 2025+ or some such?

I played it on Gamepass, I expect a lot of others did too. I'll probably buy it again, maybe when its closer to 20.

I wonder what number a game has to hit to get a bronze. The King is Watching devs just announced 400K sold on their Steam page. I thought that was quite a lot for a smaller budget game but its obviously not enough as they weren't there.

I see now its just a top 100.

had a look at the page and i'm kind of glad that silksong and schedule 1 got platinum. Silksong was a long time coming and its good to see it doing well. Plus it was less then £20, so all things considered a great game at a great price.

besides that? nothing to shocking/surprising. multiplayer games dominated the sales. Also shooters.
