Overclocking: Maybe

Additional Comments:
Good evening
I want to build a gaming PC myself, but there are a few obstacles, such as choosing the right components. The market is huge, and each part has multiple manufacturers. Even if the main components are produced by a handful of manufacturers, it's the middlemen who put their stamp on the parts.
My problem is that I'm having trouble making the right choice, especially which hardware is optimal for gaming. Even though almost every part on the market is suitable for gaming, you still want to buy the right hardware to get the most out of it.
I want a build that allows for at least perfect WQHD gaming. 4K is a tricky thing. I'd rather have perfect WQHD than stuttering 4K, but I'm not opposed to that.
My budget is €2,000, and I'm happy to spend 20-30% more if it helps achieve my goal. It should be future-proof for possible future upgrades.
I'm curious to hear what you have to say about this; I welcome any help and criticism.
