The standard grips are as follows (written by CoPilot):
- Palm Grip– This is the most common and natural grip, where the entire hand rests on the mouse, with fingers extended over the buttons. It's great for comfort during long sessions, making it popular for work and casual gaming.
- Claw Grip – Here, the palm rests slightly on the back of the mouse, while the fingers arch into a claw shape to press the buttons. This grip allows for faster clicks and greater precision, making it a favorite among FPS (first-person shooter) gamers.
- Fingertip Grip – In this grip, only the fingertips touch the mouse, with the palm completely off the surface. It enables rapid movements and precision aiming, but requires more dexterity and finger strength.
- Some people also adopt hybrid grips based on their hand size, mouse shape, and personal preferences. If you're gaming or working for extended periods, finding the right grip can make a world of difference in comfort and performance! Which one do you think you use most?
