Suggestions For Computer Upgrade?

Hello, new to here. I have uploaded a screenshot of my computer information. It is a little laggy with design stuff for work CAD etc but works ok for Call of Duty. Should I spend money and upgrade? Can I upgrade myself cheaper than a shop?

Hi. I assume this is a pre built machine? Can you list the full specifications of the machine or provide a link to the manufacturers page for it? If not a full parts list would be needed, the exact make and model number of power supply, motherboard and case at the very least.

Without knowing the other specs its hard to know what to recommend. You should most likely be able to upgrade the CPU to a Ryzen 5000 series one but cant say for 100% sure with the info above.
